Welcome to Shot by Clarence! I’m committed to delivering exceptional photography and videography services. By booking with Shot by Clarence, you (the "Client") agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Scope of Work

• Services include photography/videography as outlined in your specific package or custom agreement.

• Final deliverables (edited photos, videos) will be delivered within 5-10 business days after the session unless otherwise specified.

• Edits are performed in Clarence's artistic style unless prior arrangements are made.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your session date.

• Final balance is due on or before the day of your session (or before delivery of final products for event-based services).

• Accepted payment methods: [list methods, e.g., Cash, CASH aPP, Zelle, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal].

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If the Client cancels the session, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session. Availability for new dates is not guaranteed.

• A rescheduling fee of $50 may apply.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

• Shot by Clarence retains the copyright to all images and videos.

• Clients receive personal usage rights (for personal use, prints, social media sharing with credit).

• Commercial usage rights must be separately negotiated and licensed.

• Shot by Clarence reserves the right to use images/videos for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must arrive on time, ready to shoot.

• Specific requests must be communicated before or during the shoot; requests after editing may incur additional fees.

• Clients are responsible for securing permits or permissions for shooting locations if required.

6. Editing and Retouching

• Standard editing and color correction are included.

• Additional edits or advanced retouching beyond what was agreed will incur additional fees.

• Artistic style and final image selection are at the discretion of Shot by Clarence.

7. Force Majeure

• If Shot by Clarence cannot perform the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., acts of God, illness, equipment failure), liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding payments made, at Shot by Clarence’s discretion.

8. Liability Limits

• Shot by Clarence is not liable for unforeseen damages including, but not limited to, lost files, client injury, or damages occurring during shoots.

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Model Release

• Clients grant Shot by Clarence permission to use their images in marketing materials, website portfolios, and social media unless a written opt-out is submitted prior to the session.
